The 2016 Annual RCSL Meeting took place
in Vienna, 10-14 July 2016,
as part of the 3^rd ISA Forum
“The Futures We Want: Global Sociology
and the Struggles for a Better World”.

At that occasion, the Adam Podgòrecki Prize 2016
was awarded to Leonidas Cheliotis.

In 2017, RCSL co-sponsors the 
International Meeting on Law and Society
to be held in Mexico City, 20-23 June 2017,
under the heading
Walls, Borders, and Bridges:
Law and Society in an Inter-Connected World
