& Benoit Bastard (Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan, France)

Benoit Bastard and Mavis Maclean invite students and young researchers to meet and ask questions about the methods and methodologies used in empirical work in the sociology of law. They have both over many years used survey techniques, quantitative analysis including secondary analysis of data across countries, qualitative work and observational study , often with a comparative dimension. We can also discuss research funding, and research careers.
