In line with the ISA General Theme of the ISA II World Forum in Buenos Aires, RCSL’s Sessions were organized around a specific issue “The quest for justice and the limits of the law: social and legal transformation in contemporary world society”. With reference to such an issue, the response from socio-legal scholars has been remarkable indeed, and RCSL is pleased to list the following RC12 items:
